Service Description
For Beginners or Intermediate Learn the basics or refine your skills from start to finish over 5 Saturday Mornings - Week 1 - Sat 29th July: learn to wedge the clay, centering and throw basic cylinders Week 2 - Sat 5th August: learn to make bowls Week 3 - Sat 12th August: Throw with intention and practise what you have learnt, refining basic shapes Week 4 - Sat 19th August: learn trimming bases, decoration and attaching handles Week 5 - Sat 26th August: learn to glaze using brush on or dip glaze and also use decorative underglazes to finish your pieces Includes: morning tea, tuition, clay, firing and glazes. each piece will be fired twice and after the final glaze firing they will be available for pick up when completed. Please note: This is every Saturday morning @ 9.30am, please bring an old towel
